Wafa Assurance has just announced the appointment of Fatima-Ezzahra El Idrissi Chraibi as executive director of the personal insurance division. She thus joined the Group’s Executive Committee.
Ms. Chraibi has 36 years of insurance experience, including 14 years with Wafa Assurance. Its main missions will be to perpetuate the company’s leadership in personal insurance by ensuring in particular that it maintains the quality of relations with partner networks, to continue to bring management to the highest standards, which must combine rigor and consideration of the customer needs, to accelerate the development of the individual health offer in Morocco and in the international subsidiaries, to achieve the ambitions assigned to the “Taamine Iktissadi” initiative within the framework of the National Strategy of financial inclusion: the coverage of 1 million people over the plan horizon, to support the Group’s digital transformation by modernizing and securing processes while improving the customer experience and to contribute to the international influence of Wafa Assurance, by joining the boards of directors of the subsidiaries in his capacity as a business referent.
Holder of a Masters in Management from the University of Reims and then a DESS in Insurance and Finance, Ms. Chraibi began her career in 1986 in the Maritime and Transport Department of a local insurance company. She then held several positions of responsibility: from commercial management to the launch of innovative products, as well as the development and management of individual and collective contracts, in particular personal insurance.
