After several months of work, the Philly Steaks opened its doors to Metz (Moselle), this Tuesday, May 10, 2022.
The fast-food establishment located at 21 rue Clovis brings a little American touch to Lorraine by offering a tasting of American sandwiches.
homemade products
One of the two managers, Martin, explains to Lorraine News to be a “big fan of the United States”. There, he discovered the Philly cheesesteak, a sandwich from Philadelphia, which he imported to Metz with a few modifications, several variations and different sizes.
There is something for everyone: vegetarian, strips of beef or rather chicken, spicy or even a double dose of cheese.
And note that everything is made on site: “Everything is homemade, even the sauces. We also offer fresh fries, nuggets, milkshakes or lemonades made by us with a maximum of products purchased in short circuit“, explains the manager.
New products will emerge over the seasons: “We will make sandwiches of the month”, assures Martin.
On site, delivery or take away
In terms of price, these vary depending on the choice of the size of your sandwich but also on the menu chosen. “We offer formulas for students or even children”, explains the manager who thinks of attracting high school students from the sector.

To accommodate them, one person is in the dining room and two others in the kitchen. You can eat in or take away. Customers can also order delivery via dedicated platforms.
Opening hours: Philly Steaks Metz is open Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
