Agirc-Arrco and Retirement Insurance are organizing a new joint edition of “Retirement Meetings”, from Monday June 27 to Saturday July 2, 2022, open to workers of all ages in New Aquitaine.
More than a hundred pension advisers from the two schemes are mobilized throughout the week to offer more than 3,800 interviews in the region. For this edition, the event is enriched with an online information and exchange course.
Why this week?
In 2021, more than 650,000 general scheme workers retired in France, at an average age of 62.92.
If the need for information is naturally greater when preparing for retirement, an active person may have to wonder about his retirement during his career.
What are the conditions for claiming early retirement for a long career? Does partial unemployment allow quarters and points to be counted? What is the impact of parental leave on contributions? Is professional experience abroad counted in the calculation of pension rights? At what age can you start simulating your pension? Where can you find your career records?
The “Retirement Meetings” are an opportunity to discuss your personal situation with a pension insurance adviser (basic pension plan) or the Agirc-Arrco supplementary plan, to adjust your life choices and career or calmly prepare for his departure.
