GAM Assurances voted best customer service of the year for the second consecutive year

GAM Assurances won the prize for “best customer service” of the year 2022 in the insurance category, as part of the “Elected best product of the year” competition, for the second consecutive year; result of a national survey made up of a representative panel of more than 2,400 customers.

This distinction is the result of the efforts of GAM Assurances to offer Algerians the best service in terms of insurance. Indeed, GAM Assurances offers rapid support for customers via the traditional network of 172 agencies spread over the national territory, our call center and via digital platforms such as the website and social networks.

Mr. Tayeb Yahi, Deputy Managing Director of GAM Assurances declared on this occasion: “We are proud to win this distinction for the second consecutive year. It is thanks to the selflessness of our employees and their conscientious work in taking care of our customers that we are now succeeding in evolving and being recognized as the best in our sector”.
